Features

Everything you need to automate, nothing you don't

Botster is the calm layer between you and your automations. You describe the goal in plain language, the AI proposes a clear plan, and nothing runs until you approve. No node canvas, no code, no surprises.

AI builder

From a sentence to a working plan

Write what should happen the way you'd explain it to a colleague. The AI picks the steps, wires them together, and shows you a clear, readable plan, never a tangle of nodes.

  • Plain-language input, no diagrams, no code
  • A step-by-step plan you can actually read
  • Refine by describing the change, not editing wiring
Plan & approve

Two approval gates keep you in charge

The AI only proposes. You approve the plan, then you approve going live: two explicit clicks. After a build, the automation stays switched off until you turn it on. Nothing deploys on its own.

  • Approval #1: review and accept the plan
  • Approval #2: flip it live when you're ready
  • Pause, edit, or disable anytime
Run history & logs

See exactly what happened, every time

Every run is recorded and readable: when it ran, whether it succeeded, and why if it didn't. When something fails, you get a plain-language reason and an email alert, not a wall of stack traces.

  • Full run history with clear status
  • Plain-language failure reasons
  • Email alerts when a run needs attention
Security & data

Your secrets never leave Botster

Keys and tokens are encrypted at rest, injected only for the moment a run needs them, and never shown again once saved. Automations you build stay isolated to your workspace.

Encrypted secrets vault

Credentials are encrypted and write-only from the UI. After you save a secret, we never display it back.

Injected only per run

A secret is supplied to a single run, for that run only, and then it's gone again. It never lives inside the automation itself.

Isolated by workspace

Your automations, runs, and connections belong to your workspace and no one else's. Clean separation by design.

More capabilities

Solid building blocks that work today

We lead with foundations that are dependable right now. Native app integrations are on the way. We won't list them until they're ready.

Webhooks

Trigger automations from any tool that can send an HTTP request. Perfect for forms, apps, and custom events.

HTTP requests

Call any API as a step in your plan. Send data out, fetch data in, with your credentials kept in the vault.

Schedules

Run on a cadence: every morning, every hour, once a week. Time-based triggers with no cron syntax to learn.

AI steps

Summarise, classify, or rewrite text as part of a run. Bring intelligence into the flow, not just the build.

Templates

Start from a ready-made scenario and adapt it by describing what's different. Idea to running in minutes.

Usage & limits

Clear monthly limits per plan for automations, runs, and AI builds, so costs stay predictable, never a surprise.

A different approach

Calmer than a canvas of nodes

Make.com and Zapier are powerful, but they ask you to build and wire everything yourself. Botster takes the opposite path: you describe, the AI drafts, you approve.

Botster

Describe → approve → it runs
  • You describe the goal in plain language
  • The AI drafts the plan; two approvals before anything runs
  • Secrets are encrypted and never shown again
  • Learning curve: a sentence

Typical node-graph tools

Build → wire → hope it's right
  • You drag nodes onto a canvas and connect them
  • Scenarios often run the moment they're switched on
  • Credentials live in reusable connections you manage
  • Learning curve: a whole editor to master

No shade: different tools for different moments. Botster is for when you'd rather describe the outcome than build the machine.

Automate the work you don't have time for

Describe the automation. Approve the plan. Botster does the rest.
